Job Summary:

The Senior Business Development Manager plays a critical leadership role in shaping the company’s sales strategy, forging high-value partnerships, and expanding the organization’s client base across regional or international markets. This individual will lead enterprise-level engagements and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Identify enterprise-level business opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Lead high-impact presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development staff.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology-related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales in the IT industry.
  • Deep understanding of technology services (e.g., cloud, infrastructure, managed services).
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and grow large accounts.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with C-level clients.
